Financial AssistanceThe Business School actively seeks to support the studies of honours students. A number of Studentship positions are available within the School. These positions are quite lucrative and ensure that students are able to well supported through their studies. Recipients of a studentship are given a position as a teaching assistant. Teaching assistants work closely with academic staff members in providing administrative support and the coordination of tutorials. There are also a number of scholarships that interested students can apply for. For further information please select the scholarship below. The Business School would like to greatly thank the participating organisations for their valued contribution and involvement in the honours program. The scholarships will help support a student through their studies and will often provide an employment opportunity in the supporting organisation at the completion of the honours program. It is the aim of the discipline of finance that every finance honours student will receive financial support through the course of their studies. Value: 0.5 of a Level A position (approx $23 000p.a.)
Students are encouraged to apply in four areas of research. At least one studentship will be reserved in the area on Corporate Finance and one in Quantitative Methods.
